Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Axozo Tech LLC, the company that operates Chainquay. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Chainquay ("Chainquay", "we", "us") is operated by Axozo Tech LLC, a limited liability company organised in the United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms govern your use of the Chainquay website, dashboard, hosted checkout, API and related services (the "Service").

2. The Service

Chainquay lets merchants accept payments in cryptocurrency (currently Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ether, BNB, and USDT and USDC on the TRON, Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain networks). For each payment we generate a single-use deposit address, monitor the relevant blockchain, and, once the network has confirmed the payment, transfer the funds to the payout address the merchant has registered, minus our fee. We hold funds only for the time between confirmation and settlement.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secret and enable two-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for everything done through your account and API keys.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you register.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, present legal or security risk, or stay inactive for an extended period.

4. Merchant obligations

  • You are responsible for the goods and services you sell, for your customers, for refunds and disputes with them, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including tax, consumer protection and anti-money-laundering rules.
  • You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, for sanctioned persons or territories, or for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal goods or services, or any activity our banking, blockchain or infrastructure partners prohibit.
  • You must register payout addresses you control and keep them correct. Funds sent to a payout address you registered are considered settled to you.

5. Fees

Our fee is a percentage of each settled payment, shown on the Pricing page and on every settlement record (currently 1% unless agreed otherwise in writing). Blockchain network fees and the gas (TRX, ETH or BNB) used for stablecoin settlements are deducted from the amounts moved and are shown transparently. Fees may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Payments, confirmations and risk

  • A payment is considered paid when the number of network confirmations shown in the dashboard has been reached. Before that, a transaction can still fail or be replaced.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address by a customer or by you, and we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses you register.
  • Exchange rates are locked for the payment window shown on the checkout page. Amounts received outside that window or below the requested amount are handled as described in the dashboard (late, underpaid or overpaid payments).
  • Blockchain networks and third-party data providers are outside our control; delays or outages may affect detection and settlement times.

7. Refunds

Refunds to customers are initiated by you. Where funds remain on a deposit address, the Service can send them back to an address you specify. Where a payment has already been settled to your wallet, you make the refund yourself and may record it in the Service. Chainquay does not refund its fee on refunded payments unless required by law.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, documentation and brand belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for your business. Our published client libraries and plugins are licensed under the terms stated in their packages.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party providers, incorrect addresses, compromised credentials or your breach of these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time once all payments in progress have settled. We may terminate with notice, or immediately for breach or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
