Custody only in transit
We never hold a balance for you. Each payment lands on its own single-use address and is moved to the wallet you control as soon as the network confirms. There is nothing to withdraw and nothing to freeze.
Keys never leave the server
Deposit addresses are derived from a master seed kept only on the payment server. Transactions are signed locally; no data provider or third party ever sees a private key.
Account protection
Email confirmation on sign-up, two-factor login with any authenticator app, password reset links that expire, a list of active sessions you can revoke, and a login history with location.
Encrypted backups, off-site
The database and configuration are backed up every night, encrypted before they leave the server, and copied to independent cloud storage. Restores are tested.
Monitoring around the clock
Blockchain scanners, settlements, data providers, backups and disk are checked every minute. Problems page the operators; merchants get an email when their gas balance runs low.
Redundant data sources
Each blockchain is read through several independent providers with automatic failover, so a single outage does not stop payments from being detected.
Full audit trail
Every change to settings, keys, team members, fee wallets and refunds is logged with who did it, from where, and when. Webhook deliveries are kept with their responses.
Abuse resistance
Robot check on sign-up, rate limits on sensitive endpoints, signed webhooks, and API keys that can be scoped to test mode and revoked instantly.
